How can we know if “Ahnsahnghong” is the true Chirst?

As the Bible tells us that there will be many false Christs in these last days, how is it possible for us to discern the true One from the false ones? As we all know, we can’t rely on people’s opinions or points since we all are sinners who came down to this earth because of our grave sins (refer to Romans 6:23). The only way to get this answer straight for God is through the Bible since God surely told us that the Bible is the only instrument that testifies about Him (John 5:39). Today, let’s confirm why the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) believes in Christ Ahnsahnghong as the true Christ. On this post, I’m going to talk about why God must come again in the flesh at His second coming. If we study about the prophecies and the fulfillments of God at His first coming, we can realize why God must come again in the flesh, as a man.

If the cloud is an actual cloud, did Jesus come on the clouds?

Daniel Chapter 7 verses 13 to 14 is a prophecy about Jesus, how He would appear on His first coming. It is written that He will be “coming with the clouds.” Nevertheless, we all clearly know that Jesus was born as a man, and did NOT come on the clouds. If Jesus did come on the clouds, it would have been too obvious that even the Pharisees and the teachers of the Law would have accepted Him as the Christ. But, He came as a man and did not come on the clouds. This is the reason why they have rejected Christ. So we must realize the prophecy about the second coming is the same:

Luke Chapter 21 verses 27 to 28 it says that the “Son of Man” will be coming in a cloud with power and great glory. This means, this cloud does not indicate an actual cloud that you see floating in the sky.

Hebrews 12:1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses…

Jude 1:12 These men.. They are clouds without rain..

So the “cloud” is not an actual cloud, but a parable representing the “flesh.” That is why Jesus who came according to the prophecies of the Bible was born as a man, and did not come on the clouds. So it is with the second coming Christ. He must come as a man—in the flesh—to give us salvation (Hebrews 9:28).

If we examine Jude 1:12, we can see that the Bible describes false prophets as “clouds without rain.”

The water of life that will be given through the true Christ

How can clouds exist without rain (water)? That’s the identity of the false prophet which God described in parables.

If there are so many Christs in this world claiming that they are the true Christ, we can discern the true Christ from the false Christs whether they have the rain (water) in them.

Zechariah 14:8 …living water will flow out from Jerusalem..

John 7:38-39 ..Jesus stood and said … If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow within him.”

Without this water of life—the rain—even if someone claims that he is the true Christ, he cannot since he doesn’t have the water of life; the words of eternal life. So it is only Christ Ahnsahnghong who came in the flesh and brought us salvation with the words of eternal life.

Like the clouds cover the scorching sunlight that can even blind our eyes, God appeared as a man covering all His light of glory. He came leaving all His glory to give us the words of eternal life; the Passover of the new covenant (John 6:53-54, Luke 22:7:20, Matthew 26:17, 26-28). Christ Ahnsahnghong is the same Jesus who came with the Passover of the new covenant 2,000 years ago.

Think about the Israelites who couldn’t even look at Moses when Moses had the glory of God on His face. He had to cover up His face so that the Israelites would not fear God’s light of glory (Exodus 34:33-35). See how much love is contained in this prophecy, God came in the flesh to allow us to receive His love directly.

If God warned us that there would be many false Christs and told us that He would be appearing again in the clouds; flesh. this means there must be the true Christ waiting for us to receive His salvation.
