How can Ahnsahnghong be God? Whom does the Bible testify about?

“Ahnsahnghong cannot be God. You can’t make Ahnsahnghong God!”
“We believe in Christ Ahnsahnghong as God since He is testified in the Bible.”
“The world doesn’t even recognize that man. How can you make a person God? That’s nonsense!”
1. The only way to recognize God the Savior is through the “Bible.”
Many slanderers claim that Father Christ Ahnsahnghong is the “created God” and that’s what the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) believes in. They even say “How can a man be God?” Is World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) really a ‘cult’ worshiping a “created God?”
First of all, how can the slanderers believe in Jesus as God? With what did the apostles and the prophets of the Early Church bravely testified that Jesus was “God who came in the flesh?” That is none other than the Bible.
(John 5:39) You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about me,
The Bible is the book that testifies about Jesus as the Savior. This means, even if there is a person who has much knowledge, he cannot testify about the Savior nor can he receive Him without the Bible.
That is the reason why the apostles and the prophets of the Early Church who followed Jesus as God the Savior testified with the “Bible” that Jesus was the Savior. This was by following Jesus’ examples, since Jesus personally testified that He was the Savior with the Bible.
(Luke 24:27) And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself.
We can see that Jesus testified with the “Moses and all the Prophets;” the Bible, that He was the Savior to the two disciples who didn’t recognize His resurrection. Likewise, the Apostle Paul; one of the apostles who followed Jesus’ examples (1 Corinthians 11:1), testified that Jesus was the Savior with the “Bible.”
(Acts 17:1-3) As his custom was, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures, explaining and proving that the Christ had to suffer and rise from the dead. “This Jesus I am proclaiming to you is the Christ,” he said. Some of the Jews were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, as did a large number of God-fearing Greeks and not a few prominent women…
This was all because following the examples which Jesus showed for us was the “faith” and this was “salvation.”
2. Even the religious leaders of the Early Church did not recognize Jesus as God
Just how the slanderers claim, the “religious leaders that were recognized by the world” during the times of the Early Church were the religious leaders who did not receive Jesus as God the Savior. Why didn’t they receive Him?
(John 5:46-47) If you believed Moses, you would believe me, for he wrote about me. But since you do not believe what he wrote, how are you going to believe what I say?
Just how Jesus said, they did not believe in the “Bible.” Since they couldn’t even believe in the prophecy of the Bible, even though God; Jesus, came to this earth as a man according to the prophecies of the Bible, they committed a great sin by crucifying their God that they believed and worshipped. Though they boasted that they knew about God with their own “knowledge,” they actually did not know about God and persecuted and despised Jesus with their own ‘knowledge’ and ‘judgment.’
(John 15:18-21) “If the world … persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the One who sent me….”
Like this, the apostles and the prophets 2,000 years ago who followed Jesus that the Bible testified also were persecuted and were called as a ‘cult’ just because they believed in God who came as a man.
3. God who came according to the prophecies of the Bible – Christ Ahnsahnghong
The reasons why the slanderers of nowadays are slandering the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) are:
- They don’t know the Bible
- They don’t believe in the Bible
If they throw away their own “thoughts” and believe and understand the “Bible,” they can realize that Christ Ahnsahnghong is the true God that the Bible testifies about. If they were brought down to this earth after committing sin of arrogance (Isaiah 59:2), (Ezekiel 28:14-17); considering their thoughts were more advance than God’s thoughts, the key to salvation is by following the words of God; the Bible, with humble hearts.
