World Mission Society Church of God Awarded the President’s Call to Service Award 2015
World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) Awarded the President’s Call to Service Award 2015 – Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother
In recognition of the dedicated services, the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) has been awarded various and numerous awards in Korea and throughout the world. These awards include, Orders or Merit, Medals of Honor, Presidential Citations, Certificates of Commendations, Plaques of Gratitude and Letters of Appreciation. One award that stands out is the President’s Volunteer Service Award and the President’s Call to Service Award, which is awarded by the President of the United States of America.
The President’s Volunteer Service Award in the USA is given to individuals or groups who actively participate in volunteer service. Depending on the time of service, they are classified into bronze, silver or gold level. Especially in the case that they devotedly participate in volunteer service for over 4000 hours in their lifetime, they are awarded the President’s Call to Service Award.
The World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) received the President’s Volunteer Service Award and the prestigious President’s Call to Service Award.
World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG)’s contribution to society to help our family and neighbors as well as all people on the earth, has earned them the President’s Call to Service Award for a third time. They were awarded the Award in 2011, 2014 and again in 2015. Following the example of Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother who teach the members of the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) to serve all humankind, the members of the Church of God actively participate in doing volunteer services for their local society, country and the global community suffering from natural disasters, calamities and pestilences.
Just as little drops of water gather together to form an ocean, the volunteer services the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) members actively perform have accumulated and resulted in the light of Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother being shone throughout the world. Until the day when Father Christ Ahnsahnghong comes, the members of the World Mission Society Church of God will continue to do their best to help make this world a better place to live and put into practice the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother.
