My realization while dwelling in the World Mission Society Church of God (Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother)

Last Sunday, we had a family gathering at grandmother’s house.  Every time we gather together, the total number of family members reaches almost 30.  I am so proud that I have many relatives- aunts/uncles and cousins of all age groups.  My grandma, who became 97 years old this year always seems so pleased when all her children are huddled around here and there, eating food and conversing together.  We talk about everything; children, jobs, health, food, and so on.

While having a late dinner with them, my 69 year-old uncle said something he thought was very interesting; people nowadays pay to go to an institute that teaches them how to smile. The reason was that they want to have a better job and make a lot of money.  No wonder people – even teenagers at the age of 15 and younger are willing to undergo plastic surgery at any cost for a better future.  Then, I asked him, “How much does it cost to take a course in that institute?” “You have to pay at least 300 dollars a month”, he answered.  My uncle thought it was just ridiculous because when he was in his 30’s at the prime of his work located in the downtown area, every worker around him looked so happy with a smiling face. According to him, even at the little things, they had not been badly shaken and always behaved in a positive manner. Unlike his time, we can easily find people making unhappy or even angry faces everywhere.  This is probably because they get stressed out easily, have a lack of patience and understanding of others, which could cause people in modern society to hurt others without any particular reason, hoping only to achieve his/her own purpose.

Oh Heavenly Mother! (WMSCOG)

Then I remembered Heavenly Mother’s face.  I know behind Her smiling face is all the pain and hardships She had to go through just for us, mere sinners. Ever since I got into the truth (World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG)), I have learned how to smile truly and sincerely to others from God the Mother (Heavenly Mother).  She taught us not only to smile but to love and understand others, which means without understanding and loving others; we cannot make a true and genuine smile.

“Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise.” (Gal. 4:28)

Just like Isaac, who is represented as laughter, we have all been chosen as the children of God.

Living in this sterile world where people lose their laughter, I give all thanks and praises to Father Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother for giving me a wonderful smile that others cannot be compared with. More importantly, I can smile by knowing the reason why I do so – to meet God the Father, Christ Ahnsahnghong, soon and enter the kingdom of heaven.

Today too, I try to make a great big smile in front of the mirror and see if it looks wonderful enough to be a true child of Elohim God- our Father Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother.
