The soul exists. Many people think the essence of our lives is the physical body but it in fact our souls and Christ Ahnsahnghong showed us the meaning of this life which is for us to go back to the angelic world, and in order to do that we must receive eternal life though the Passover.

Steve Jobs is known as an American information technology entrepreneur and inventor. He is one of the most brilliant minds in this age. Steve Jobs was the co-founder, chairman, and chief executive officer (CEO) of Apple Inc. Many recognize Steve Jobs as the pioneer of the microcomputer revolution. After Steve Jobs death, his official biographer, Walter Isaacson described Steve Jobs as a “creative entrepreneur whose passion for perfection and ferocious drive revolutionized six industries: personal computers, animated movies, music phones, tablet computing and digital publishing. Not only did Steve Jobs make Apple a household name as well as a power house in the technology industry, but also one of the most successful companies in the world. However even such a brilliant mind was nothing in the face of death.

“Remembering that I’ll be dead soon is the most important tool I’ve ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life.”

At the age of 56 he died of complications from a relapse of his pancreatic caner. Even though Steve Jobs had everything of materialistic value – power, wealth and honor, he was not able to prepare for the eternal world and his life came to an end.

Wealth, honor and power in this world are but temporary and useless in the face of death. That is why our God Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother told us to prepare ourselves for the spiritual world, where there is no death, mourning crying or pain (Revelation 21:4) but only eternal happiness and joy. The reason is, our essence is not our flesh but our soul. We do not what will happen to us the next moment. Although we do our best to be safe and not get in an accident. We cannot control the outcome of the next moment of our lives. That’s why the Bible says, 

Proverbs 27:1 Do not boast about tomorrow for you do not know what a day will bring forth.

If we live our lives without knowing about the eternal world, it is meaningless. The short span of our life on this earth is the time we need to prepare for the eternal world. What do we have to do in order to go to the spiritual world? Since the eternal spiritual world is a world without pain or death our mortal bodies cannot enter so we must receive eternal life in order to be clothed with immortality (1 Corinthians 15:50). Then how do we receive eternal life? Just as the book of John explains, when we eat the flesh of Jesus and drink His blood, we can have eternal life (John 6:54). Jesus promised that the Passover bread and wine represents His flesh and blood. Those who receive eternal life through the New Covenant Passover can enter the spiritual world, where they can travel the entire universe as they like. Let’s set our goal on the eternal angelic world that Christ Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother want to take us to, rather than focusing on the material world and take part in the holy promise of eternal life at the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG).
